Your care package cost

Everyone's needs are different so your care requirements will be assessed specifically for you as an individual as will your own personal preferences. In this way we'll be able to provide everything you need and want in your life at Cavendish.

Because of this we are unable to tell you exactly how much your care will cost until we have met you and had time to fully assess your requirements.

How will you be funded?

Private Funding

If you will be funding the cost of care yourself we will provide you with a fully costed care package based on your care assessment and your personal preferences as described above. The private fees include most toiletries, hairdressing if required, chiropody and daily newspapers.

Our terms are that the fees are payable monthly in advance and are non-refundable. Terms and conditions of care are regulated by a standard contract, a copy of which is available on request.

Local Authority Funding

Whilst many residents in our home are privately funded, we do have social services contracts in place with the areas local authorities.

If you are funded by the local authority we can also offer you an all inclusive fee for the additional items that you may need. For a small additional weekly fee, most toiletries, hairdressing (with the exception of perms and colouring), daily newspapers and Chiropody services can be provided.

Should you decide not to take the all inclusive option the following items are available at additional cost.
