What activities are there?
Activities board displays activities taking place each day for the current week. Includes memory games, creative and general art, singer, armchair exercises, fitness class, afternoon movie, singing, time in the garden.
What outings are arranged?
Weather permitting walks to local rose garden, weekly fete at local Church, picnic at Gloucester Quays, drive in and around Gloucester, summer boat ride.
What is the weekly fee?
Fees are subject to an assessment of your needs and requirement. Please contact us for further details or to arrange a needs assessment.
Do you do end of life?
Yes, with assistance of district nurses to administer drugs where necessary. Staff trained in this area and very sensitive to the situation.
When can I visit?
Anytime throughout the day, ideally not during lunch time as numerous residents require assistance and to protect their dignity.
Can I join Mum or Dad for lunch?
Yes, ideally if you could let us know to ensure sufficient is made and your order taken.
Do you provide respite and short stay?
Yes, space permitting, one can stay for a day or longer or even just for the day (with or without a bath/shower).
Who will be looking after Mum?
A senior is on shift 24/7 supported by a full complement of staff, overseen by a full time manager.
How often does a Doctor visit?
Weekly and within the day when requested.
